I am 13 and I get all A's, I love to read but I was just wondering if you think that To Kill A Mockingbird would be too challenging for me to read. Thanks!!

There is a children's book about a mother squirrel or raccoon and the child who is afraid to go to school, but the mother gives him something to remember her while he is at school so he won't be sad...can't think of the title!

Does anyone know what type of store might carry a treadmill book holder? I am trying to buy one locally but I am not sure where to go. Would I need to look for one at a bookstore or at a sporting goods store? The kind I want would hook over the display and have a ledge to set a book on so I can read while I am walking. I know I can order one on line but would rather find one I can get and use this weekend.

I've just read Charlotte Sometimes by Penelope Farmer basically becasue of the song by The Cure. I read the book was edited, including changing the ending for a reprint in the late 80's or early 90's.

Does anyone know what these changes were and why they were made?

How come after Grenouille leaves Baldini, Grimal and that man in Grasse, they all died or disappeared. I haven't seen the movie yet, it doesn't seem to be playing in lots of theaters in New York. Does anyone know if Grenouille has some power (besides the gift of extraordinary sense of smell) as to why everyone he comes into contact that has helped him reaches a tragic end?

I do not have the front and back cover to it just the inside. The book includes the stories:
Three Billy Goats Gruff, The trolls and the Pussie (had to spell it that way Answers wouldn't post the correct spelling. subtract the "ie" and add a "y") Cat and The Stone Cheese.

Please help.

I'm writing a research paper on press censorship - particularly dealing with printed press (books, newspapers, magizines). I just was curious about what people thought about banning books. Do you support this form of censorship? Why or why not?

I am reading it right now and I am pretty much in the beginning of the book, on like the 200th page or so. I am finding myself getting bored since nothing interesting has happened yet. Can I expect it to get better as I keep reading?

I like books with unique storylines.

Previous Books I've liked:
* I liked Lord of the Flies because it was so analytic of human nature.
*I liked Animal Farm and Children's Story because it was metaphoric and political, but the story was weird. Talking animals and Communist Teachers?
*I've just bought Coma by Alex Garland. He wakes up from a long coma and readjusts, but has weird memory blips and stuff happening...then you nor the character knows whether he's in a Coma still, or not.
*Once read a book (The Divine) where the baby refuses to be born.

That should give you something about my interests, but its not limited to that. I don't like Science Fiction, Self Help, Harlequin Romance or Drama type books much and I'm not in the mood for Horror. I'm 27.

Just looking for something that intrigued you lately and might intrigue me. Thanks :)
