During 199 England, was the social division between the upper, middle, and lower class drastic as it was during the Edwardian period?? Like, did parents of the upper class society strongly oppose their daughters marrying middle/lower class gentlemen?? And was the upper class society as suffocating and strict as it was during the Edwardian period??!!!

does anybody know what part it is in the book, where his cousin (Des Esseinte's cousin), or some relative, hands Des Esseintes some flowers, and he says he can't tolerate the smell and sprays them with some perfume? Because this is the ultimate decheance and "a rebours", and I need it for my report. Give me the chapter and I'll be fine, 'cause there's so many versions of it out anyway. Preferably a quote from "Against the Grain". (The English translated version.)

One or two kids are trapped in a museum overnight and the book is about the adventures they had in the museum. I loved that book as a kid and would love to find it again and I need help.

What do you think is the best book by Dan Brown? Put them in the order from the one you like the most, to the one you don't like too much:

The books are: Angels and Demons, The Da Vinci Code, Deception Point, and Digital Fortress.(Don't put the ones you havn't read in your list.)

For me its:

1. Angels and Demons
2.The Da Vinci Code

Havn'e read Digital Fortress or Deception Point, but I read the first few chapters of Deception Point on the back of Angels and Demons, and I want to read it bad!!

Anyone recomend the two I havn't read, or should I not waste my time.

Has anyone ever heard of a book called Broken Sky? I was wondering if it ever ended up with any sequels. I would like to find them if there are. Don't you just hate it when you remember a book from so many years ago and it STILL drives you nuts that the story was left on a cliff hanger?

if the copyright page does not specifically say fiction,non fiction, etc.? we are filling out a reading log and some of the books read have to be fiction, non fiction, history, biography, and folklore.

I have a fabulous idea, but I'm totally stuck on how to start.

Main chars: Kate and Zandy (girl and guy) who have been best friends since either of them can remember. I have a lot of the middle and end in my mind, but the beginning is hard, you know. Please help!
