I have a photo that I am about to send off as a christmas card. It is a beach cruiser (bike) wrapped in christmas lights at sunset. The problem is I couldn't plug in the lights when I took the picture, but want to try to make them look like they're on. Can anyone explain, or point me to a tutorial, on how I can birghten the individual bulbs?

I'm going to be in an Ebenezer Scrooge play, as the spirit of Christmas past. I was just wondering if there were any techniques or warm up's that i could use in preparation for each practice.
also do you have any pointers that could help me in projecting my voice while i'm onstage?? my instructor says that right now my volume is at an 8, but i need to raise my voice enough to get to a 12. how would i go about doing that and still sound warm and welcoming the way the spirit of christmas past is supposed to be portrayed? i don't want to sound like i'm screaming at everyone, you know?
p.s. -- i'm going to be flying on a harness...is that going to make it harder for me to project my voice at all?

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated =] =] =]

My mom just started reading again and she likes to read classics that she felt that she missed out on, so that is basically every classic. She just read To Kill a Mocking Bird and Fahrenheit 451 (my suggestion) and loved them both. Any other ideas??? This would be a christmas present.

Ok so I'm looking for some good (teen) books.
and please don't suggest the twilight series I have already read it.
I want something that a teenager would be interested in, or that you read at my age.

6) The Sugar Act was passed to tax sugar and molasses at lower rates, but also to strengthen the enforcement of all the other Navigation Acts.

7) Any goods purchased outside of England or its possessions were to be free of any import duty.

8) The main purpose of the Proclamation Act of 1763 was to keep the Indians from raiding English Colonists on the western frontier.

The Story of the Dragons Lair
Bathing in the tranquil sea to the east
No-cha awakened the mighty king of dragons
The brave warrior hand no choice but to butcher the beast
Death to a single of the kings sons came right after him

In the serene dragon's lair No-cha waited
From Lung Wangs' alight, No-cha did his beguile
A small blue dragon is what No-cha had created
Then Lung Wang traveled off on the wind for awhile

No-cha assassinated an enchantress's servent
The enchantress acussed another, she had been mistaken
In her abscence, No-cha slayed one other, then his magic, she-had purged it
Back to his master No-cha prayed, to stone turned the echantress who then was never awakened

The four crowned head dragons came for No-cha's parents
This One sacrafic, No-cha had given up his life
The brave four-year-old dragon slayer did not wince
For this child knew he had just saved his mother and fauther lives
The warrior was resurrected twice
Killing dragons for all his lives

if we touch tonight
will feelings fade
into return,
but again.

we speak
in unspoken way
brushed with aroma
a scent unfading.

i walk this way
on a path,,,,
unseen.

wondering once again
will this foolish feeling fade,,,
into darkness?

just leave me be? please.

Born in San Antonio Zambalez Philippines. I am trying to find out more on my ancestry. Currently in US and have been since I was 2. My mother doesn't really talk about her family there because it makes her sad but, I would like to find out more on my heritage. Tribe? Culture? etc... I know there are a lot of general info out there but not much specific to each region. She mentioned that I grew up in Subic Bay..

Also... Family name is Calcis
