And how do you know if something is a BOOK, not a NOVEL?

All the places I look for formatting regular book titles say something different. Some places say none at all, some italic, some underlined.

"My grandad said some lose their . . .what did he call. . .'moral compass' when they get older.
He said they can forget things they use to know,"-Bosky,

Those two quotes really speak to me. Especially these days. . . I really like them!

I remember reading somewhere that hundreds of years ago, France 'kidnapped' the pope for a couple of years. When they decided to send him back, he died on the way back. The Vatican and France then both chose a new pope, leading to two popes in office. Since there was only supposed to be one pope, they decided to have a revote, where they would choose one single pope. They did, but the old popes did not want to give up their power, so there were then three popes. This led to the power of French kings to appoint cardinals at their pleasure... reason Cardinal Richelieu was still a cardinal after siding with the Protestants.

fact?

although it is true that eggs hatch into chickens and the chickens then lay eggs, I considered the following:

chickens can live independently, while eggs cannot. For an egg to hatch successfully, there must have been a chicken there to hatch it. This chicken also came from an egg, but for the egg to hatch, it must logically also have a chicken hatching the egg. So no matter how far back you go, we must conclude that the chicken came first.

not bad, eh???
