Hey!
I am writing a story... and here is the basic plot- I am not telling you everything... just you know, the basic plot.
Here:
2 kids move to a city(Washington) with their parents, but the place where they will live in is haunted... I am having trouble with the ending. What will the ghosts turn out to be? I am really working on it, and i can't find the answer to that question! Please help me.... I was just planning that they will move out becuase it is haunted, but that is not a really good ending. Can you please help me!!

I'm a budding writer, I'm already doing some short stories (or one-shots as others call them) but I plan on developing a novel with those short stories as a sort of prologue.
However, when I hear about other young writers like me, one of the things that they often had to do was 'flesh out' their characters. Can anyone tell me what it means? I wanna check if I was doing it myself. Thank You :)

If you could be someone else, because they were going to die, and the powers that be said 'You can take their life and they'll live forever in peace etc etc and you'll live to a grand old age as them, plus you were gonna die at the same time anyway' who would you extend the life of?

Why did the Americans take control of the British during WW2? consdiering that we had been fighting since 1939 and the Americans since 1941, Why did the Americans lead D-Day AND the invasion of Italy in 1943?

We had been fighting from 1939, and so, do deserve more respect for our fighting memory! My Grandfather was a member of the Dunkrk Evacquation and was also a member of the British Desert Rats who fought at El Alamien. If he was still alive, he'd have a few things to say about your late entry into the war!

I'm a freshman at high school... and i'm shy.
i want to make friends, but it's hard.
for the most part, i'm usually really outgoing around my friends, but i barely ever have classes with them... so i never talk to new people.

i'll sit by myself if i have the chance.

are there any ways to be more outgoing?
what goals can i set?

i want to start over new in high school and i want people to know my name and think i'm swell.

I really REALLY want to be a big-time movie actor. i know it takes a lot of talent and a lot of luck.

i'm in 9th grade in indiana. i don't have much money.
okay- i'm really shy, but i want to be an actor. i know the best place to start is acting in school plays... but i'm too shy to even try out.
i'm pretty good at acting, and i'm pretty good at singing.

how should i get going on my dream of being an actor?
with living in indiana, theres never any auditions for big movies near here. and i dont have money to travel places.

what can i do??

I just got a Dean Koontz newsletter. Frankenstein 1 is being made into a graphic novel. That is so great! Maybe that means book 3 might be speeded up a little. I love those books. Any other Dean Koontz Frankenstein fans?? Pax -C

i have to write a paragraph about this. so far i have Frodo has the responsibility to destroy the ring at Mount Doom. is it Ind. Between detailed and thorough description and wasting space and words with too many adjectives? Any answers or hints on when to stop the descriptions? I want to be specific, but I don't want to bore the reader or take up too much space.

Oh, and no editor is going to help. It's just free writing and school writing.

I'm 15 and I'm a baritone. I have a great resonance in my voice until i get up to about an F5. (High F). I'd like to be able to belt that high as well as easily hit the note at all volumes. I'd like to try to extend my range to a good 2-3 octaves. Any advice?
