HELP!!!!!!

My great aunt, Louise Kelly, painted from the 1920's thru the 1940's making attractive paintings mostly of Mexico near California and of the villages and coast of New England along with a few parrots, some French scenes and some upper midwest scenes. Her paintings are clearly signed with her name in printed letters, most often in the lower left, but sometimes lower right. I would like to locate as many of her paintings as I can, just for the record, not to buy them.

When Andrew Jackson was president he had an attempted assassin named Richard Lawrence. I can find some mediocre information on him now, but I researched him a year or two ago and found things on his sister, Jane (?). I am unable to find anything on her now and would greatly appreciate if someone could lead me to any information about his sister, whether her name was Jane or not. Thank you!

What is transcendentalism? Is it a religion? I've been doing research but even dictionary.com definition of transcendentalism is really complex. I'm doing a paper on Trancendentalists 1835-1860, does anyone know who they are and why are they so important? Are they philosophers? Thanks for the help.
