Well, if it isn't 2,300 days, which would be the usual, it certainly wouldn't be 200300, but 2000300 as when people give an address 10040 over the phone as one hundred forty, like they would 1019 as ten nineteen, the former being totally confusing as people think it is 140, just as you are.

Since 200300 is two hundred thousand three hundred, I'm guessing it's 2300.
