I want to learn a philosophy that is focus on the true Self, the human condition where there is no right or wrong but only our own perception to what is right and what is wrong. Of course this kind of thinking is dangerous to society because it is a threat to any organized government.
Plato Republic shines light on the human condition saying that if one were to have a ring that makes one invisible, one will cheat, lie and still. Ayn Rand writes on the human psyche in her book the virtues of selfishness, which is a commentary of Atlas Shrugged Machiavelli talks about the ends justify the means and that men will morn more for the lost of their fortunes than the lost of their own fathers. I am currently reading Nietzsche and it is eye opening.
Do you know of any texts that will bring me to the truth? I know it will be hard to find, maybe even banned from the public, but please point me in the right direction. I don't want philosophy that focus on the commonwealth, just the true self
