Do you prefer to work with passion or do you need challenge to get going? Personally I like passion and doing things my way and with my pace. I know this is a kind of hindrance while working for other people.

How are you coping your life in terms of passion and challenge? What are your thoughts?

i like having a challenge and working on it with passion. because when you get really good at it you will be recognized for your work and then you can work at your own pace as long as your driven. its ok to take your time because it takes time on more challenging projects . i think they are all intermingled.

Passion in people, challenge with projects.

If you don't work or live with passionate people, then there's no motivation for getting anything done. If you don't work for anything challenging, then what's the point of working for anything in the first place?

Also, think of it the other way. Working with challenging people only makes it more difficult (that's why we challenge each other when we compete). Likewise, working for a passionate project just brings more drama into your life and distracts you from getting the real jobs done.

An excellent question and although challenge is probably better for me to get through on my own I certainly find passion to "feel" better. I suppose the former is intellectual and the latter is emotional.
A difficult choice nonetheless.

Thought provoking!!

I work passionately in everything that I do whether in my work, hobbies, and relationships.I prefer to challenge myself by surpassing the things I have done and discovering hidden talents that need to be polished.

There is no need for me to keep up with the Joneses..Life is not a race...it is good to savor every moment of it. (smiles)

Passion, I know have the opportunity in my life (got married and don't have to work) to do my passion. I've only made baby steps towards it, but I will have my own business venture soon.
