Yes, I do. Wise is the county seat of Wise County, Virginia, in the southwest part of the state. Norton is an independent city in the county, and Coeburn is the other town. What do you need to know about it-- coordinates, address of the county clerk or what?
University of Virginia at Wise is there-- formerly Clinch Valley College.
