Shakespeare wrote about themes so universal and so close to human experience that he transcends not only time but also culture and language...his works are as relevant today as they were when he wrote them and they will always be

Of course - that's why his works are still so popular today and most probably always will be.
Shakespeare's genius transcends time and space for he could look in to human nature and the human heart and portray what he found in ways that spoke to his contemporaries, to us and to future generations.

Uh, no. Shakespeare was alive 1564-1616. Unless you are VERY old, he is not, nor has he ever been your contemporary.
