Do you ever talk to people about your goals and they will either say you are crazy or say what you want to do is impossible?

Well, I mentioned this before, but I am starting an organization called "A Page A Day." You know the old adage that if you write just one page a day you'll have a 365 page book by the end of the year? That's pretty much what it's based on. What I would like to know from you is what would you specifically like to see in the group. I'm working on the website right now, but should there be meetings off forum? If so, how often should they be held? I've never set something like this up before and any input would be appreciated even from non-writers that just happen to have a few good ideas. Please let me know, everything should be up in the next two weeks or so, but I would really like to cater to as many people as possible.

In many cases it leads to injury or death. Why should this be a human trait that is rewarded? Or is it a way to make sure that those with the best interest of the species survive? What's your opinion?

I hered... after India got establshed democracy at once, it never went back to feudalism or colonialism or in to the military force.(in 1975-The prime minister Indira Ghandhi slightly tried to move against democracy/was failure). Many other countries like Briton, France....could not keep democracy.
or can u name any country that has been in democracy for a minimum 60 years?
or can u name any country that didn't go back to the formal mode again, after the establishement of democracy in that country?

I read this a few years ago, can't remember the story but I know I didn't like it at the time. Has anyone read it? Is it worth giving it another go?

Julius Ceaser was a populist passing many laws improving the common citizen's quality of life. Octavian did wonders for the infrastructure and moral of Rome. I suppose you could make a case for Alexander but he never truly "ruled" so that is speculation.

I need dictators over the course of history outside of the Ramses and Romans. We're talking true dictators with absolute or fairly close to absolute power who were gracious to their people, diplomatic, and just all around good guys.

Dictators from the middle ages (Charlemagne is too obvious), Renissance, and the modern world fitting this mold who are fairly well known is what I am looking for.

Thank for your help!
