I am making a mask and even though its not dry I do not trust the plaster will not crack and break. What works best for a final seal?

A fine coat of silicone or clear paint will do the best final seal. In order to prevent cracking, make sure each layer is COMPLETELY dry before starting the next one. That is the key to making it last.

I've always used the silicone, but I've heard a thin layer of clear acryllic glue would work as well.
