I am now of the opinion that the fate or destiny of Earth is not in the hands of its people and never was. Whether the Earth continues or is destroyed, I think the "average" person will have no bearing on it, because Earths fate or destiny was instigated from day one with a specific agenda in mind by whom (or what !) I have no idea. If anybody has any ideas on this topic, please let me know as I will be very interested to know your thoughts on the subject !

1 - The Radical Republicans:
a - wished to see the Union restored as soon as possible, which caused problems for Southerners.

b - ended the military occupation before it had time to effectively implement all their plans for Reconstruction.

c - were so bent on vengeance, that they likely did some harm to their cause of helping former slaves succeed in a post slavery South.

d - were a small, vocal minority in Congress whose plan included the banishment of former Confederate leaders from their home states.

2 - Corruption among Reconstruction Governments:
a - was much worse in the South.
b - did not occur except in South Carolina and Florida.
c - was more common in the West than in the North.
d - was certainly no worse than anywere else in the country at the time.

Hey everyone!
I have to do an 8-10 page history paper on just about anything in American History. It has to be reasonably specific and, obviously, I have to be able to get 8 to 10 pages out of it. I want to do something interesting and something that not many other people will do. I hope to stay away from wars, battles, etc. as these are always the prime focus.

Does anyone have any ideas?

I have been taking theatre classes at my high school for about four months, so I know a bunch about acting. What I don't know is what I do now. Where do I go from here? Do I need to get an agent? What kind of auditions do I need to go to and where do I find them? Do I start off as an extra? How do I get noticed by the right people if I am an extra? I've been looking on the interent for auditions and casting calls but I'm not having any luck. Acting is a passion I have and I have had for many years and it is what I want to do with my life. I know I asked many questions but if you could help me I would GREATLY appreciate it.

For my acting class, we have to write and preform a monologue. Well I'm a 3rd. year, and I'm one of the three assistants that help show the first years what to do.......so I want this to be REALLY good to prove that I can do it. I'm so tired of always doing something funny.....I want to do something serious now. Maybe something that I'll have to cry in (you know, to PROVE that I can).....but I don't what it should be about......That's where y'all come in.....I'm not asking you to do my homework for me or anything like that.....I just need a subject. I just moved to a new state about 7 months ago. I'm doing good, but still kinda shy about being new. There's a dance coming up at my new school, and i want to go. But im nervous, and i really dont know what to wear. Its formal, but whats formal at an 8th grade dance? My old school was very strict about things like this, and the only dance we had was in dress code. anybody any help?
