I need the sheet music for Once Upon A Dream from Jekyll and Hyde, but I don't want to have to buy the whole Jekyll and Hyde sheet music book. Does anyone know if/where I can get just that song?

You could buy the sheet music at the websites provided, but depending on where you live, what I do is search my local libraries. Some libraries carry the songs books to shows. Also, the reference library where I live has a HUGE section for music books and I can get virtually any song for any Broadway show I want. Then, I just make copies of it. Make sure you take good quality copies since you want it to last and not be too difficulty for your accompanist to read.

try www.sheetmusicplus.com , they tend to have everything you could wish for.

if you live in australia, have you tried allans music? they also have a wide selection of sheet music, in all genres. give them a call as they also deliver, probably world wide, and have always been my main supplier of music

although i have never personally dealt with them myself, perhaps billy hyde music could help you out - i've heard that they supply a good range of sheet music, but i am not sure as to whether they have much in the way of music theatre.

I've always been partial to 'I Don't Know How To Love Him' from JCS. Its a nice ballad that has decent range to it. Not sure how long the song is but you could do the first verse and chorus if worse come to worse. There is a wonderful Kander-Ebb song called 'Colored Lights' not sure what show its from but its upbeat with a sadness to it. Hope that helps you! Break a leg!!

If you want, I will mail you a copy of this piece. Just email me at musiqueteacher@msn.com. I will give you my address and just send me an envelope with your address and a stamp. I then will mail you this song for you. I am a piano/voice/string teacher, and have the the entire score, because so many of my students either played it or sang songs from it.
