I WISH NOT

I wish not, to hear your voice,
For it, has given me breath.
I wish not, to see your face,
For it, my body needs.
I wish not, to feel your touch,
For it, my heart bleeds.
I wish not, to hear your name,
For it, my soul weeps.
I wish not, to feel your kiss,
For it, makes my body weak.
I wish not, to see you leave,
For it, makes my life incomplete.
I wish not, to see us fight,
For it, took you from being my wife.
I wish not, to be hear,
For it, I live in fear.

Three men went to hell.

The devil said to them "You have come to hell, and you must now choose weather to spend eternity in room 1, 2 or 3"

He then opened the doors to their three rooms.

Room 1 was filled with men standing on their heads, on a hard wooden floor.

Room 2 was filled with men standing on their heads, on a cement floor.

Finally, room 3 had just a few men, standing in **** up to their knees and drinking coffee.

The men thought for a while, and decided to go with room 3, as it was less crowded and they could drink coffee.

They entered the door to room 3 and just as it was closing behind them, the devil said "OK men, coffee break's over. Back on your heads."

Isn't it like watching a concert on TV? The feeling isn't there as opposed to seeing them in person.

I have already read the Anne Rice books and "Twilight" (also it's sequel, "New Moon"). I'm looking for other suggestions with an exciting plot (not your average Oh no, the vampire bit me now I'm one too). Thanks.

I liked the quirky subject matter, the not too overdone humor, and writing( quick and easy to read yet not boring), left me wanting more, read american gods but enjoyed neverwhere more.
