I am looking to learn comic style drawing/sketching in terms of like the DC comics (Justice League, Teen Titans style), but I am still open to other styles. Note, I live in Singapore, so please only suggest places from that country. Unfortunately, I am a teenager, so I can only go into drawing courses/places that accept children/teenagers. Any websites/information will be appreciated. Thank you.

An ancestor living in Portsmouth is called a pianter in two different census and as a colour an oil man in an other. His children were noted as a shoe maker, a painter, a sailor and a coach painter. Other children not noted in the census are agricultural labourers and domestic servants. Any idea's what sort of painter this ancestor could be? I am not sure that a coach painter would describe himself as a colour and oil man.

I have a friend who wants to see The Fiery Angel when in London next year. I have done a google search but can only find performances in the Royal Opera House in 2006. Does anybody know if The Fiery Angel is being performed anywhere in London in 2007? If there is a performance, when and where is the performance and can you provide a link?

I had found a datebook with entries of Jack's travels. It was taken from me by an antique dealer who said he was going to have it authenticated. This was in Tucson, Arizona around 1997. The dealer disappeared shortly after and kept my book. The antique shop was on Grant Rd. Can anyone help me. Thanks.

I couple of years ago I read a report in the press of the number of books owned by different households (what percentage have ten books, what percentage 500, etc.) Does anyone know a source for these statistics (or similar), or perhaps remember the figures?
