I agree with the premise that it makes no sense, so why waste time looking in a cave at night, with a flashlight that doesn't work, for a black cat that isn't there?

1. A good question is why men's health research is practiced upon woman, with the exception of gynecology & breast.

2. I happen to think that women are equally important since they represent the greater half of the population on earth.

I have no way of knowing because I was never a man. Books on phychology that I read seemed to be aligned with this quote though.

To me, it does seem to be the way it is, but I have known men who argue that it isn't true. So perhaps it is like many things in life that have many degrees of truth to it.

No, that's a man's fantasy - that a woman in love is totally absorbed in a man. And she doesn't mind if he believes it, and she might histrionically say it is so... but it is not.
