Happy birthday. Birthdays aren't about getting presents!! They are a celebration of the day you were born. You can stop pouting because you can't have presents - and thank your family for their support and love since the day you were born. then, thank God for giving you this life... then start being more thankful for it all!

Oh sweetie. Think about what a birthday represents! It means that you were born, that you are alive, that you have all the possibilities of the future ahead of you!

So what if you have no money this year...think about all things you can do between tomorrow and a year from tomorrow to have money to spend on yourself then.

So you can spend tomorrow thinking about how yucky your birthday is. Or you can be thankful that you are alive to be spending a birthday at all. You obviously have family. Why not bake a cake. That will cost less then $5. Buy a packaged cake mix, bake it and share it with your loved ones. Might be the best birthday ever.

And, in the meantime...Happy Birthday from Canada.

Take a walk in the nearest cemetary and visit all the ones that will not be having a birthday tomorrow, or any day. Look at the miracles of life around you. You have a chance to do something. I was born in poverty, still don't have much except happiness..Happy Birthday from me..

Well let's put it this way, "it's the thought that counts", I know it's not the same as some pretty thing you desire, but time is the most precious thing any human has, and to chose to spend it with those most important to you, is a gift. Whatever they try to do to make your day special or memorable is something to enjoy and be thankful for. Happy Birthday :) May life and events be kind to you and circumstances happier for you on your next birthday.

You could invite a couple of really good friends over, raid the kitchen and see if you can find the ingredients you need to make a simple cake. All you really need is flour, baking powder, sugar, eggs, oil, vanilla flavoring and cocoa, if you want chocolate cake. Then, as you gorge yourself on great homemade cake, you can watch movies, talk hang out. Good times with friends is a great present.

And who knows, maybe someone is planning a surprise for you.

Happy birthday and God bless you.

All right, let me greet and bless you with my "Happy Birthday to You", then do something to cheer up, it's better to keep your mind calm for such a great day. In the past, for some reasons I let it slip by and it was OK, I still think we shouldn't pay much attention on something we should have, rather we should think more on what we should do for a special day as a solid foundation for your success to come.
Remember:
All happiness is in the mind. (English proverb)
Take care and good luck.

What are you, 8?

If no one recognizes my birthday, I consider that a victory.
Damned annoying excuse for other people to get drunk and have a good time at your own expense.

Gifts are like payment for punishment. It's social prostitution.

Many happy returns of the day..
But, why worry to just celebrate something which happens just once a year, for a day, or even for a few hours... basically it reminds that we are one more step closer to our end..
Instead try celebrating each moment , this moment, for it will never, never, never, repeat in the history of eternity !
