I have started ballet for 5 years. Now I'm 17. And I'm worrried to realize that my legs (and my classmates') are getting bigger. I don't know why. I dance every night from 6 - 9PM. After that I just eat fruit for my dinner. Or maybe I danced in a wrong way??? Whenever teachers in my school teach new moves, they say we should feel it if it's right or wrong. We followed their advices. We feel normal. But our legs are bigger? Can anybody tell me why?
And can you tell me what kind of food should I use??

After the first atomic bomb, the USA dropped millions of leaflets over Japan to convince the population to revolt and the emperor to surrender. Why did USA only wait THREE days to see the effect of the first atomic bomb and the leaflets?

If I said I believed in someone that no one else could see or detect, it would likely be called an hallucination or delusion. But when believing in the imperceptible in a religious context, it is seen as a good thing, a sign of strong faith. Why do the rules change? Isn't the point of logic to maintain a consistent method of thought across situations? Even with things like radio waves and electricity, which we can't see, we can measure and manipulate them, so they do exist, or else I couldn't run my computer. But god(s) and spirits cannot be percieved by the senses, measured or maniupulated, so why is belief in them so often seen as OK, even virtuous? I come from a religious family and have had many philosophical debates on this, and I still just don't get it.

My great uncle's UK army number was 2617178. We think he was in the Grenadier Guards during World War 2. In a letter he wrote, he says he was in Number 2 company, Number 4 platoon. However, we don't know the battalion he was in. Is it possible to identify his battalion through his army number anywhere online?

I read and saw that certain tribes in India were still executing people by way of their trained Elephants, that stomp them to death.
Are they still doing this? And who and why did they use this animal?
Was it because of a religious thing as not to kill someone yourself.
In other words were they hiding behind the Elephant? ( What a good place to hide behind)?

I do believe in live and let live.
I do believe a lot of good things have come from the House of Lords over the years because to a degree the true aristocracy is so far removed from 'real' life that they can afford to be more objective. Philantropy is a hobby of many aristocrats. I wish i could afford to spend more time and energy on humanitarian explorations of the world. It would be a privelege :-)
You could try to say they should be gotten 'rid off' but what would it solve? Only to be replaced by some who are in it for power and greed?

It matters in the UK i think, because they are an integral part of working parliament. Historically i find aristocracy intriguing. What should be their 'purpose' in the 21st century? If any? And what do they really represent? Should they allow their own to be 'diluted' by allowing commoners to sit between them.
Or is it a case of sod history and get rid of them to you? (in that case don't bother to elaborate too much i reckon)
