i like this girl with all my heart and thus i am too scared to apporach her so i advoid her and that may have seem very obvious and she probably thought i hate her or something, ne ways its weird situation so how can i apporach her and be friendly again, what should i say...hi im back?

its depressing that every answerer is hopelessly wrong...both men and women
ok i can give you a few pointers...but this is just the tip of the iceberg man..TIP OF THE ICEBERG!
1) NEVER let her know that you find her oh-so-beautiful and you dont have the 'courage' to talk to her NO!! im shouting here...listen, if you do this, you WILL be rejected
so, instead, tease her about her hair, clothes etc...when i say tease, it has to ALSO be funny...she will instantly get it and her attraction for you will go up
2) you need to communicate a higher status than her...you need to make her think she wants you a LOT more than you want her...and act this way...once again her attraction increases
so to do this...pretend youre the alpha male...make a few good looking female friends...have perfect posture...dont lean towards her or act nervous(DONT act nervous)...infact, your body language should suggest that youre leaving soon...
3) ok now when you approach her say something like 'hey (any name EXCEPT hers)!!...shell say ''what?''....n u say 'dont you remember me'...n shell say 'wha?'...n u say' im just kidding, whats up?'...shell laff...n u say 'i came over here to see if you were more than just a pretty face'...this says a LOT of things about you...stuff i mentioned in #2...along with that itll also pressure HER to impress you instead of you trying to impress her
4)You should make all the decisions...girls hate making decisions and like a dominant male
5)Dont buy her expensive stuff...or take her out on expensive dates...in fact this will not only rob you of your money, itll be COUNTER productive..this is against #2...itll show her that youre willing to spend money and time on her
6)dont be a wuss...if she flirts with you flirt BACK!...this shows confidence and is very sexy..
7)keep her laughing...but not in a goofy way....remember #2 is most important...do nothing against it
8)wear the best brands...cut your nails...smell good
9)never lose your composure...NEVER apologise or make excuses...if she says...'dont do that!'...say 'im glad you like it'...dont wuss out...shez just (unconsciously)testing you...if she wants something say 'no!'..lol...and if you want to give her something surpise her always..never be predictable

Why come up with excuses? You don't have to explain yourself. Just ask her out on a friendship date and find out if she has the same feelings as you do? Go out for coffee/tea and just talk. That way you can both get to know each other a little and find out if it goes beyond the looks and attraction department. You won't know if you keep avoiding her because you may be sending the wrong signals to her. We females can't second guess what you guys are thinking? How do you know that she too may like you back? If she doesn't then move on and find some one else that's interesting and will like you for you. If you don't face your fear now it will be much harder for you later on. There will be people in life that will like us and others won't. It becomes easier each time you meet some one new.

Tell her that you've decided to make a much needed change in your self because how you were behaving before was not working out for you. Tell her that you are tired of being unhappy or scared or whatever and that you are taking the first step in turning over a new leaf. And instead of hiding from your feelings for her you have decided to just let them out, and take a chance. And even if she rejects you that you still feel better having let loose a trapped dog.

that's a stupid question guy. Im particularly confident she has already observed you too so in case you haven't any longer executed something extraordinary in front of her then you particularly a lot have been given one foot interior the door. after which you're in school so which you will elevate any subject like your colleges soccer/basketball video games, pep rallies, homework, notwithstanding... or... in case you may get cool with a number of her close acquaintances then she ought to come confer with you. an excellent style of issues i exploit to do in extreme college, sighhhh, those we are the days!

One of the good excuses, I think, you should say something like, "I'm sorry I've been busy with my reports/ thesis/ assignments, etc. I didn't mean to offend you but I think it'd be a good idea for us to work harder for the coming tests/final exams."
However, one more thing, why are you too scared to approach her? If you've reached your decision that she'd be your true love, it's natural to meet her once in a while like close friends.

1. If you are that afraid of rejection, then she's out of your league.
2. Aim for someone who does not intimidate you, so that you won't act affected while with them.
3. The goal is to be yourself.

Just start paying attention to her. If she avoids you, you have your answer. No excuses. If it works in your favor, tell her about it down the road and have a good laugh.

Just start being friendly to her again, show her your interest and that you care about her, and make sure you don't hide anymore. Otherwise she'd be very confused.

open your heart and let the truth come out... though not on very first date... may be on couple of weeks later but let her know the truth that you liked her so much that you was feared of that you could loose yourself to her and that has happened ;-))

well like in my case before! well just make a move to get close to her for a talk coz you know girls want them to be approached first.
