Ever since I could remeber i've been acting. But mainly to the neighborhood kids, or at family outings. There was a possiblity of me going to John cassablancas But I read reviews from parents and they weren't so lovely. How can I get an agent? And does it cost money for an agent? This is my all time dream. In elem. school kids would say what they wanted to be when they grew up and I always said I'd become an actress, im in high school now and I need that dream to come true. It's not about the money, But more about making a statment, about not letting your dreams go down the drain, and to follow those dreams wherever they take you. I'd really love to be on a show on Disney. Like Hannah Montana. I live in Florida, Like 10 minutes from Miami, And I know theres lots of posibilitys, I just need some help finding them. Soo someone help please? Lots of info. would be apreciated!

Can anyone think of an argument why it should not be legalised because to do so would create a situation wherein morality becomes relative and therfore useless (a la Henry Jaffa: www.tfp.org/tfc/Dr._Jaffa.htm ), and therefore there is a knock-on negative effect on the overall happiness of society.

Don't actually agree with this but need the argument for an assigmment. So to argue from a utilitarian perspective against the legalisation of same-sex marriage...

It seems like a lot of people don't know how horrible Stalin was. He killed just as much of his own people, if not more, than Hitler did. He says: “A single death is a tragedy, a million deaths is a statistic.” How terrible is that........

In my opinion, Hitler is worst but they were equally malevolent. What do you think of Stalin??

After seeing wicked, I was really struck by the idea that so much in that play paralels our own society, for example that what is beautiful is good and what is ugly is bad. but so often the exact opposite is true that many times the "pretties"t people are the meanest, dumbest and most ignorant and the "ugliest" people are usually the most interesting and kind. How often in our society do you think that our bias twords "Ugly" and our attraction twords "Beautiful" has caused us to have a less than honest picture of life? I think of the example of the music industry where if you are beautiful and can't sing, you have a better chance of making it than if you where ugly with a great voice. Do you think we are missing out on a whole dimension of exsistance because we disgard what is unappealing to our eyes?

I am in high school and whenever we have a school dance my friends pressure me to go with them. I don't really like dancing and always feel akward. I also don't want to go to go to my prom because of my feeling of dancing being akward and because I don't have a date.

From outer space as it were, lots of tiny humans running around, living and then dying, what's the point?

It seems to me that some seem to think that we provide and care for animals. from my experience it looks like they have got it made. Humans may be the slaves. watching a dog find by 'guidance' find the exact plant to aid its stomach , or cats do similar things. How birds instinctively find the right materials perfect for a nest. Threy dont have to learn that they need a 'shop' or go o the timber merchants to get chippings- u know what i mean. I think we have the same insincts but have jut become 'GLASS EYED MATERIALISTS, HYPNOTISED. hey hitchhikers and the dolphins comes to mind? Tyanks for all the fish

I recently found my grandmother's obituary online, and it says I have relatives I did not know about! My grandmother died very young, and my father and his brothers were put in foster care, and after they turned 18 split up and never kept in contact. The info from the obit states my grandmother, Lillian Rose Francisco, was 35 when she died at Memorial Hospital in Syracuse, is buried in St Marys Cemetary Dewitt NY, was born in Glenn NY, and has two daughters, Patricia Ann and Ann Marie, and three sons, Gerry, Fred, and George(my dad). If anyone knows of any of these people, let me know! How cool would that be for the holidays?
