I recently found my grandmother's obituary online, and it says I have relatives I did not know about! My grandmother died very young, and my father and his brothers were put in foster care, and after they turned 18 split up and never kept in contact. The info from the obit states my grandmother, Lillian Rose Francisco, was 35 when she died at Memorial Hospital in Syracuse, is buried in St Marys Cemetary Dewitt NY, was born in Glenn NY, and has two daughters, Patricia Ann and Ann Marie, and three sons, Gerry, Fred, and George(my dad). If anyone knows of any of these people, let me know! How cool would that be for the holidays?

Hey Krishafra...

Go to the Genforum and start reading. Also, post your questions there. Pick up the white pages and look them up. I found 300 results for that last name in the White pages, in New York alone.

PS - It would be very cool for the holidays!!!

I found a Frederick (Fred) Francisco in Wellsville, NY.
Looks like he is in his mid 60's. I don't know how old your father is so it's hard to judge who might best be the right age for his brothers.
If his brothers did not leave the New York area, this might be a good lead to try.
I don't know how old this information is, but you can give it a try.

Good Luck!
