i didnt care for it...the first reason being that i had to read too many subtitles for my liking...when you have to read subtitles for a movie that has a lot of detail that you have to absorb it makes it hard to follow whats going on especially when they start out with subtitles...also i didnt like the idea of christ being portrayed as a mortal....i am open minded to hear others opinions, but i am also a god-fearing woman.....was dan brown creating a fictional story here or is he putting a spin on or adapting true facts to what he believes to be true?...any opinions on this movie/book?

I see that this young Indian generation considers superior the Western culture and feel shy when we mention about India and feel shy even to talk in Indian. It's true this.I'm even 17 years old and I've been living in a foreign country for 16 years, but I'm attracted by my culture and my religion.Living in an other state doesn't mean that U forget and feel shy about India, your own country.I'm not talking about dresses,I think that one must wear as he/she wants. But I'm talking about the mentality, which has changed and I fear that in the future the Indians living abroad will not know even what means India and begin to hate their country.

Christina Hedonism is the idea that by following Biblical teaching it is the greatest good and most pleasurable. Deeper: that our joy through God is a motivator. To quote John Piper "God is most glorified in us when we are most satified in Him." John Piper is the one who coined the phrase. For more info www.desiringgod.org.

So what is the solution? is it a case of choosing the relevant or 'best' information. How can you know what is relevant or best?

And with technology and the human knowledge base growing exponentially, what is the future going to be like for the individual trying to learn.. will it force us to be specialists to a much greater degree than today?

Or will it give the human a more total freedom of learning? If a human has this, what will he/she do with the freedom? might they lose themselves and there sense of direction in it? Or would it be even easier to be goal oriented in ones information seeking?
