It was of a girl bound with white ribbons and I thought it was by John William Waterhouse, but when I looked through his paintings, it wasn't there. It was a few years ago, so I don't know any more details, but I think it was in the Pandora's Box section, so it may have been Hope, but I'm not too sure.

I have been trying to get my Great Grandparents Marriage Record from West Virginia for the past year. I just got a letter from the Catholic Churhc Archives that they could not find the records again. I know they got married in either 1930 or 1931. They were from Italy and had their marriage arranged. Does anyone know of any other legal documents that would have this information on it?

Okay, here is a question that I am having trouble with. Not necessarily the question, but what Jessica Mitford's biography means. Here is the question:
"Read the following excerpt from the British writer Jessica Mitford’s autobiography in which she comments on Germany’s attack on the Netherland’s and other European countries in 1940. Then answer the question below.
Do you agree or disagree with Mitford’s view of Chamberlain’s appeasment policy? Why or Why not?"

And here is her autobiography excerpt:
"On the 9th of May, 1940, a month after Chamberlain had looked into his clouded crystal ball, there to find that Hitler "missed the bus", and was no longer capable of waging aggressive war, the Germans struck... Within hours the Germans had swept through Holland... and the French front was reported to be in mortal danger, perhaps already lost...."

You do not know you will get to heaven. Prove that you will without pulling out the doctrine of "I'm saved when he died". It is debatable even amongst the christian community whether you're saved because you believe only. Do your works follow and support your beliefs?

You are entirely foiled in your own righteousness and that is even more dangerous than I, an "atheist" (which I am not--and you assume, incorrectly as all christians are prone to assume for many things--assuming is their natural instinct because their reasoning isn't honed).

Atleast I know I am a sinner. Do YOU?

My daughter would like a scary story book, preferably one with several good stories in it, although a book about one story will be checked out too.

Thanks for your time reading my question.
