The widow maker in chief Bush and emperor Cheney. Because they hold the power of the largest and most dangerous army, with a lot of nukes to destroy the world.
Satan's not a person he is a fallen angel. Pol Pot and Hitler and Stalin are no threat to us now.
Im sure most Americans will hate this answer, but try asking an Iraqi. We're not the only country.

When it comes to imbibe the teachings (lessons for the future) of history collectively as a nation it is said that they learn nothing and forget nothing. This is so perhaps because some power seekers (-a Changiz Khan or a german Furher and others of their likes )wreak havocs by slaughttering millions in the process of wars and conquests of territories. I Think it unfair to ascribe any certain name in this rank as most dangerous scourge of our history. For the inheritors of these cults of destruction also carry the inhuman zeal far off towards posterity, virtually immortalizing these symbols of savegery.

Johannes Guttenberg. Without his printing press, the spread of ideas would have been drastically limited, and formal propaganda would be far more difficult. Thus, if he hadn't lived, no American Revolution, no French Revolution, no Communist Revolution, no WWI, no WWII, no Vietnam, no Korea, quite possibly fewer genocides, no Red China, no Gulag in Russia, etc.

But Guttenberg did live, so nerts, the peasants can read! Nothing is more dangerous than an idea.

Keep in mind, being dangerous isn't always a bad thing

The Nature is the most dangerous thing in the world, according to me..... But you have asked the name of a person then it would be Gabbar singh...lol....

Seriously speaking I would rate most of the American presidents and their intelligence as the most dangerous persons in the past and also at present... they are the persons who bombarded Japan with nuclear bombs, they created Osama-bin-laden, destroyed Afganistan and iraq and they are still leading this world to a slow death through pollution...

If you are a religious person who believes in the Bible, then Eve. She got humanity thrown out of the Garden and we have never gotten back in.

If you wish to include future history, then the Antichrist.

If you are not a Christian and want someone out of current history books, then Sargon (Sharrukin) of Agade (later Sumeria) who founded the use of the first full time standing army about 2370 BC. Until then warfare was almost a game.
