i think the airtank of the compressor is broken, it doesn't seem to hold compressed air and sends it directly to the nozzle of the airbrush. An airbrush needs the high pressure air in order to "spray" the paint. Low pressure air will never get the job done...

one way or another, there's airloss for some reason...

Even when the airbrush hose has a puncture at the base, you should still get an airpressure reading instead of 0 psi. A compressor running constantly should give you another hint....

Use tools to tighten your fittings. You may want to use teflon tape on the compressor threads and there may be an o ring on the other end. Also make sure the brush is completely clean. Try running water through it. If you get water but no paint your paint may be too thick.

If the compressor is at 0 make sure the tank drain is closed and double check all the fittings there also something may have come loose. You may also have a pressure release valve that's open.

If you're running a diaphram style air brush compressor the diaphram may be bad.

e-mail Coast Airbrush through their site...these guys eat, drink, and breathe airbrushes/compressors.
If anyone can help you out, it's these guys.
Tell em what sort of compressor you have, and if possible, attach Jpg's of the hook ups...
