hi,
just wondering what's the best way to preserve digital images. right now i have everything on CDs but someone said that those images could disappear after 10-20 years. is this true? if it is, would it be better to save everything on a hard drive?
would love to hear what people have to say regarding this.
thanks!

here's what I can remember...
scene-the dude is sitting with a woman he likes and she hands him knife and fork made from silver...which burns his hands...her fears confirmed..she draws her gun and he tells her that the gun she is holding on him might not kill him in human form before he makes the change..scene- where a guy tries to stop a giant wolf on some old railroad tracks, taking his sister and the wolf turns to him with sister in his mouth...and growls softly..and he lets sister get taken...scene-something in the mirror is coming through from the other side to kill all wolves...
when the hero of this story turns to a wolf...he looks like a big shaggy dog...not really stereotypical wolf like
the big white wolf that takes guys sister is the rich dude whose home has the mirror the threat will come through to kill all wolves......your help please...

If you damaged your vocal cords, can they heal or will they stay like that forever? I think i might have a few months ago when i went to an amusement park and screamed very loudly on this one rollarcoaster. When i came off it, my throat was sore and i lost my voice. Would that have left permanent damage on my vocal chords?

That is, if we agree that it is illogical to assume an answer in order to argue that answer (hence, circular logic), then isn't the use of logic (as a system of thought) itself inherently illogical?

Any argument for the use of logic would have to be inherently illogical (since the use of logic in such an argument would assume that which is being argued), and as such once the use of logic was argued for successfully, logic would demand its own supporting arguments be rejected on the grounds that they are illogical. Furthermore, if our very use of logic as a system of thought and a means of measuring the validity of other arguments is itself inherently illogically, isn’t it then possible that there are other fundamental truths to the universe that also can only be arrived at through illogical means?

What If . . .

Probably one of the most asked questions in the world. Usually followed by something to do with a choice, this or that, should I do it?

What should I do? Tell, or not. Keep it locked up inside eating away at me, or tell someone my “problem”. Well, at least I think it’s a problem, but other people might not see it as I do: a curse.
Whenever I say “what if “, dot dot dot, it happens! The world changes, yeah, only for a day, but still to whatever I say. Nobody asks questions, its as if this “world” is normal and has been here forever, and everyone has lived this way for their entire lives. Its weird, but you’d think that out loud I would say “what if I could never do this again”. Well, first off, I’ve tried. Results. Never happened.
Apparently, I cant make it go away by saying “what if”. Plus, another great little ‘rule’ as I’ve come to call them is that I have to say it out loud. Not necessarily to someone or around someone, just out loud, not that they’d remember if I said it to them anyway, right . . . right?
Wanna know my story? Open up and find out al about my weird and strangely normal enough life.
