I am trying to decorate my sunday school room to look like a village square of the Bible. Where would I find information and pictures?

Jews were nomads, that is why there had no settlements and villages, cities, etc. So, there are no Village Squares of the Jews.
Jews used to live and communicate, trade, etc., with people in towns and cities founded and occupied by others, like the Greeks, Cretans, etc. If you want to find a copy of such settlement you can search for antiquities and ruins of the ancient and classical times in the area.
