I want to know if you, here, have already lied.

If you have, but you say here that you have not, then you'll have lied twice, at least.

What is, if you remember, the biggest lie you've ever told to someone?

My one is about me being a professional translator (Port. into Engl. and vice-versa) that had lived in Canada for years and my expenseses there were all paid by company I worked to (multinational).

In fact, I think this is my job dream! But that's another thing...

And then, the person started asking too much things... and I stoped doing that. But for some time I was a professional translator. And (algo) a professinal liar! What a shame!

Okay.

Say that!

So, what are the similarities between Eragon and Star wars (and other books if you know about)?

The other question is, what is the line between plagiarism and original work? i mean, if i write a book where and boy(at one month old) loses his parents when an evil power kills them. (Would that be a plagiarism from Harry potter or not, of course say the rest of the story is totally different, except for that magic exists in the story)?

Can you explain what a loaded question is and maybe give an example? Is asking a loaded question a bad thing?

Okay, here is the essay prompt: Is Emma, by Jane Austen, about important things or trivial things? Defend your answer. My essay is going to say that the book itself is about trivial things, however the underlying messages and themes are important insights into women of the 19th century. What are the important things in this novel? So far I only have that it reveals the small world of women, the rigidity of social standards, and marriage being based only on social standing & money. Are there any other suggestions? Help please please please.

Time shares so many answers
And it cuts my heart at times
To know that we are blind
With complaining all the time

I like to know that the future is so
And other time is down the road
It won't give you a chance.

So this took less then 6 mminutes to write but at least.ok i confess i am bore d
Time will just simply go

OK....I have a dilemma, remember reading a story in elementary I think about (fictional) about how the government tries to create everyone equal, so they make good looking people wear masks and good dancers and fast runners wear heavy weights....and smart people get shocked every couple of seconds so they can't remember anything...then at the end of the story a good looking boy takes his mask off and unties a good looking dancers weights and they dance around....then out of no where someone comes in with a shotgun and shoots them. then some people watching t.v. seen that and had an idea but then they got shocked and forgot it happened and the world just continues as nothing happened? Does any of that ring a bell...I can't for the life of me find anyone who knows what I am talking about....

I'm planning on reading the unabridged version shortly (Modern Library Edition unabridged is 1488 pages according to Amazon.com). My lazy friend is currently reading the abridged version (Bantam Clasic Edition abridged is 531 pages). What's been "abridged out" of the 950 or so pages? Thanks in advance. Please give as detailed info as you can. I really want to read the unabridged version.

We are interested to find any images or places where you can buy work by this lady. She has done a range of postcards featuring charicatures of london cab drivers, which have become quite famous, but we cant find any of her work anywhere!

It requires us to do everything according to an ideal status quo. And, as we follow it, we get even harder to ourselves, adapting to a (ir)rationality of labour.
What do you do in your everyday life that can be assigned to it?
