I have to do this assignment for language arts and its only two paragraphs but I need an idea. Also, would you tell me any ideas of how I could get this moral across?

A man came home from working in the fields and heard crying coming from his basement. He found his wife sitting on a wine barrel hysterically crying. When he asked why she pointed to a big axe hanging on the wall over the stairwell. She explained that she was sitting there all day long just thinking about what a tragedy it would be if that axe ever fell on her husband's head and killed him. Whatever would she do? The moral: Get off your big butt and do something instead of whining about your problems! Hope this can serve to inspire some more ideas for you!

a good idea: if the story needs 'morals', is not a good story anyways. Tell that to your teacher.
