I have always thought it was pronounced Zoo-ey.

If Salinger would of liked Zachary Glass' nickname to be said Z-oh-e he would have spelt it Zoe, not Zooey! Does anyone know for sure?

in doing the wild thing? What if she does not want to fall in love forever? Is that okay? How about on the internet how would she go about doing it? Where would she look besides x rated sites? Is there really any appropriate way of going about this and not just looking like a ho? What if she isn't in to paying the price? Some men will pay, women shouldn't have to or should they? If you look through the view of science, our lives are just blips on an infinite clock. Saying "we exist to exist" is moot because how do you explain progress through ages? We accomplish much more than continuing to propagate our species. I am not asking for the purpose of life, cause we don't know that, but why do we keep doing what we do?
