I saw a man on the bus acting strange in the presence of his little daughter, I sort of sensed something wasn't all right in their relationship and I wanted to talk to the guy but even if something sad and bad was happening there, how would I prove it? Today, I saw a guy kick his dog and when I threatened to call the police he wanted to hit me and I am a girl!! What do you do when you see such terrible things happen and you're alone and no one would stand up for the kid or the animal? These kind od situations really p*** me off because I love everything that's innocent & needs protection. And other people are so selfish, they don't see what's going on because they don't want to.

After the 2nd world war, the labour party was voted in in britain. They no longer wished to establish a 'jewish homeland in palestine' as their conservative predecessors had intended. What was their intent had the jews not rebelled against britain?

Over the years, everything has become fuzzy. I can remember a time when I believed the pilgrims and Indians were friends, and then there was college, and suddenly everything I had learned was a lie. How do you know what's real and what's not?

Same for current events... How can you sort out the fact from the deception?

I recently went to a club that played house music with a latin flavor and wasn't sure how to dance to it. The girls there were dancing what seemed like a combination of cuban salsa and rave moves. And the guys were doing something that looked like the robot, but not quite. Sorry, I'm not sure what that style is actually called. Also, when the dj let the music die down for a bit there was lots of clapping in the crowd.

I'd like to learn how to dance like the people at the club, but I don't have a background in dance and so I'm not sure what to pay attention to when watching other people dance. I'm not as interested in the robot type stuff as much as in the salsa/ rave style.

Thanks.

Please xplain the following statement. Friedrich Nietzsche critiques the Enlightenment ideal of progress through a critique of the "transcendental pretense" and its understanding of self and subjectivity.
