I want the nicknames, though, to be from those
I already use Tori

but I dislike it because it's too simple, common and
easily forgettable.

long please
[two - three would be nice]
Thanks!

I have a five year old daughter. She is really smart. I thought about puttting her in some dance classes, so she can attend a fine arts school when she turn10. Do any one know how much it will cost for to take jazz, modern, and hip hop lessons.

This is a question posed to everyone who is religious or non-religious. If you are a member of a specific religion, I'm curious to know how it would affect your faith if an alien race from a distant world were to land on our planet and present themselves as not only peaceful, but willing to aid the human race in any way necessary to achieve nearly the same technological prowess such a race would achieve if they mastered interstellar travel. I'm also curious to know what your comment would be if this alien race also came with a religious belief totally different from your own religion (IE, based on science and yet they believe in a deity but they don't believe in a messiah or a heaven and a hell... or they proved that there is no God, etc...)

Atheists, non-theists, and non-religious can answer too of course. Just imagine that these aliens proved the existence of a God.

I have read a large variety of books. Things I have really enjoyed are Ayn Rand's Atlas Shrugged and The Fountainhead. I also recently read a book, Marley and Me that I loved. I have read a lot of Dean Koontz and Stephen King and like them both. I enjoy a lot of the classics (Dostoyevsky, the Brontes, etc.). I am looking for a modern fiction writer that you think I would enjoy. I am quite bad at keeping up on modern writers and I am looking for some fresh reading material. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

And all you get for answers are "That wouldn't happen"s? It's hypothetical. The whole purpose of the question is to see what decision you make on a scenario that would never happen. Just answer it. Comment as you wish.

I really don't understand why it's such a big problem. Sure, it's kind of weird to see two guys or two girls making out, really weird.

I'm passive, but as for having kids, don't you think that their adopted child will have a hard time fitting in in school? HOw do you think they'd feel? I mean, think about parent-teacher conference night!
