I'm on a competitive dance team at my studio. It's summer, and I lost my split. I need advice on as to the quickest way to get it back. Sure, I can stretch, but what kind of stretches? Can you get into a little more detail? Please help.

Lets not just say the country that we are a part of. Im still thinking over this one, but i can say for sure it wasnt America. In terms of sacrafice the Russians did well, and the British held off the Germans amazingly, not to mention the beggining of the SAS........

Since population is increasing daily and all resources on our planet are fixed, ultimately consumption of all resources is inevitable. Of course even if we resort to living a simple life and consuming less oil (or other sources of energy like coal etc.) ultimately we will use up all our natural resources. Even clean drinking water is becoming a problem (but fortunately more than 70 percent of our planet consists of water so as long as we find some technological means to convert this into drinking water we would have many more years at least to survive. However, as our population expands ultimately we will have used up most if not all of our resources. The only question is when this will happen. Can technology continously provide us the answer or will there come a time when we will just have to develop the means to go to outer space for our needs. And if so will we be able to go that far into outer space before our resources run out and leave us hanging dry.

Many people look at the earth as a treasure chest there for them to exploit. Genesis in the Bible reaffirms this idea. Do you think human beings have any responsibility for the earth, or is it just here for us to pillage?

I mean the first flag had the circle of stars and air force planes have the blue circles with the horizontal red stripes. Does the symbol truly mean "In God We Trust?" Does the flag really symbolize "the all-seeing eye?"

I want an audition for something somewhat minor, but the public actually comes to see the show, not just family. I'm 11 years old, though people say I look a little older because I am tall. I'm 5'2". I have some experience. I need it in St. Louis, Missouri. I have dark hair and dark eyes. Thank you!

When conducting philosophy, is speaking to someone or writing something down better for mutual understanding? Should philosophy be taught with oral discussion or by reading and writing papers?

All remember is that it was about a couple that start dating in college, they separate (don't remember why) and they try to keep in contact. I think he also goes to war... and that he was studying something like accounting. She was of money and her family wants her to go out with someone else (I think). I also think that she gets pregnant and loses the baby. At the end she had married someone else but he goes looking for her and they end up together.

I believe that it was either told from his point of view or from both's and that the title had something to do with Christmas or a gift

I know is vague and I don't think the novel was pretty good but it was the first novel I ever read in English I really want to read it again so, any suggestion is really gonna work. Thanks!

I think it was written by a guy...

I have done massive search for it and have found nothing I'm hoping that someone read anything that seems like it PLEASE!!!

There is a popular theory that every person, every thing on the planet is here for a reason.

If this is accepted as a truth, then the question begs answering.

What is your purpose for being here? What justifies your being alive and walking the planet today? For what reasons do you exist?

Being an atheist, I find this piece interesting and quite a conversational piece.

I pose two questions for you...

This is a very controversial piece of art. This is a giant photo of a plastic crucifix inside a beaker full of the artist's urine...

The image itself is beautiful, like sunlight surrounding the object...

Here is the URL to view the image:
http://www.usc.edu/schools/annenberg/asc/projects/comm544/library/images/502.html

My questions for you:

1. What are your feelings about this piece?

2. If you are a person of faith, does the urine befoul the cross, or does the cross sanctify the urine?
