I have met Polish people that new everything about European politics and history, could hold a very logical conversation using facts and figures and yet feel like they have a sheep on their shoulder because coming from Eastern Europe they feel they always have to prove themselves; and on the other hand I have met completely non cultured americans, that were loud and so ignorant it was embarrasing and yet they thought they were on the top of the world because they are the richest nation in the world (although it is changing with China)... it reminds me of something in the Bible that was like ' and last will become first, and the first will become last...' discuss...

I just found out my nearest dance school. It's some sort of ballet academy but does other dance too. i applied for it and i got in. Me and my friend were going to go but now she says she can't because her mum and dad cannot afford it. My parents arn't proper rich but they are paying for it anyway and i have other family that can help me out. HOWEVER i am too scared to go on my own. Does anyone have any advice for me? I am really nervous about going on my own!! some one help! i really really want to do ballet but i am just usless when it comes to courage and confidence. that's the reason why i wanted to go to get my courage and confidence up when performing in front of people but how am i going to do that when i havn't even got the confidence and courage to go on my own due to my friend not going with me anymore!!! plz i really need some advice. thanks!

hiya, i have been acting and attending drama schools since i was 8years old but each drama school i attended shut down i havnt been for one in over a year now but havefound one in my local area. i am 17 and will be starting this new drama class in september..i have always had a life dream of becomming an actress i understand its a hard buissness and ive had my confidence knocked a few times..i have only done shows at the moment but want to be on telly..i am a little overweght so worry noone will want me anyway..how can i improve my confidence...for acting and my self confidence with my body to achieve my dream...any ideasto help my ambition i will do anything to get it
