I believe that Rowan Atkinson achieved this in a bad advert in the 80s. If your not from Britain you won't have a bloody clue what i'm on about.

I think the point of the phrase is that you can't. My mum has an interesting saying that I'm sure would have a similar meaning "You've more chance platting snot" .... nice eh!?
