no i think people wont be able to handle my dark side

What do you mean by "dark side"?
Is it the urge to defend yourself from what threatens you?
Or the impulse to harm what has been harming you to waken its effect on you?
What is the bright side, on the other hand?
The side that withstands abuses and put a nice face to kind aggression?
Nobody will attack something that is not perceived as a threat.
And yes, the fact something is beautiful doesn't mean it can't be a threat to someone.
A comet is beautiful, but if it were to hit the earth wouldn't you try to destroy it?
There's no dark side.
What there is, is a self perpetrating will, whether the others like it or not.

Hiding your dark side depends on the time and situation in hand. I believe that most of the times i hide it but there are times when you lost control on your self.

I definitely hide it. My dark side is pretty scary and I'd rather be known as a nice girl.

Ah hell, I show it all the time. I have never hid it.
If a dark side is not harmful to others, and some people's are, you show it. It is an important part of you.
"ALL I WANT IS FREAKING SHARKS WITH FREAKING LASER BEAMS ON THEIR HEADS!!! WORK WITH ME PEOPLE!!! THROW ME A BONE"
Seriously though, I show the dark side. Part of the writer thing I guess.

I think that I try to hide my dark side. I'm sure that people who know me well have seen it, though.

i hide mine...people dont no the true me...only i know that and that is because i have decided to keep it locked up inside....maybe its the best way..if i reveal my dark side so to speak nobody wud believe me i dont think

accept both, then just be...there is not hide or show then...Hide and show imply being an action itself, effort..putting effort on doing, you becomes not what you really are,You becoming hider or shower...both is unnatural...Expressing things effortlessly, with no doubts determine Being....Just be...
