I worked for an at will company for 3 years. I was fired over 6 min away from my desk. How can I hold the management of company for wrongful termination. I felt like I was completly blind sided.. I was fired before christmas. I cannot think of any other reason of that I am a Black man. Please help.. I only have 21 days to sign off on a severence package.

I watched as the delivery guy left an InfoNotice on the door WITHOUT bothering to ring the doorbell! And then he drove away, not making any attempt to see if I was home!
(I was home, but wasn't decent so I wouldn't have answered the door anyway. My problem is with the fact that this person didn't knock or ring or ANYTHING.)

Sometimes,depending on what it is, I am willing to become flexible just to fit in. No drugs, sex or violence. I've never had a group of friends. My friends are always changing. It’s nearly 2008 and we live in a world full of technology where even the kids are talking on cell phones while riding down the street on their bikes. But every time I go to town I am saddened by a disturbing sign and no one seems to care. Just before the last curve before entering the town is a sign “Slow Blind Driveway” now I don’t know if this driveway is completely blind, can make out shadows or just legally blind but I would think something could be done. Don’t they have seeing eye sidewalks or something?
