because the people are not made by people by those scientists who observe them and clasify their behaviour mind etc.
and only God has the right to establish if a man is retarded or no, if is mad, idiot or no.
that is why God says that the one who call the other '' mad'' deserves hell.
besides , in those scineces..the word demon..which is a part od the truth of our lives, does not appear, and the priest said and the bible shows that the demons are in all of us, have access to the mind of all of us, includin scientists priests etc.
besides..all the bible..never talks about people with mental dissorder..the bible talks even 3 times a page in N. T. ABOUT DEMONS AND DEMONISED.
establishing according to a science made by jung and others that a man has an illness when accutually he has demons that temptates him, it means to destry the dignity and the personality and the reason of that man..like the one in the movie '' a beautiful mind''..
the bible says that the one whoi says into his h

The bible aside, I think the process of classifying is both helpful for some purposes but harmful and misleading in other ways.

The bible and all the rantings there in has little to do with reality. Best you face the difference between what the bible, written a very long time ago, says and what the advances of modern science tells us.
Don't tell modern people living in the real world of crime, war, murder and mayhem, about what is legal and illegal and what the bible says.
You can have your religious beliefs. Nothing wrong with that. But when those beliefs start clouding reality, you have a problem. Maybe you should try to make the boble fit reality, life on the blue planet rather than making civilization fit the bible. that kind of thinking really sets you apart as "Strange" to say the least. Your comments are absolutely unrealistic.
If you were worried about what god said you would be going out and stoning prostitutes and dispbedient sons to death. Have you followed the bible lately. Have you eaten pork> Shellfish in any month with an "R" in it, Mix dairy products and meat on the same plate? The bible says that as well.
You fanatics are funny, You pick all this stuff out of the bible to suit your desires and thinking but you abslutely do not follow gods laws as given in the bible.
Until you do, please do not burden those who live in the real world with your spouting about what the bible says.

Although I'm not sure if I truly understand your question, I will do my best to answer it.
People like to classify things and put them into groups. In order to do this, we must first define what belongs in the group and what doesn't. We devise a set of standards and use those standards to decide whether something is "in" or "out" of a group. Mental illnesses have clearly defined standards that can be found in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual, Edition IV, Technical Revision (DSM IV-TR).
The people who fall into the appropriate categories can then be qualified as having the title of the appropriate mental illness. Therefore, people have created a set of standards and categories to title and define themselves and each other.
Whether these mental illnesses are caused by chemical imbalances, physical trauma, or even demons does not matter. As for the case of the title of "retarded," the standard is that the IQ of the person be below 70. This, then, gives Man the justification to define a person as "retarded" if that person meets the qualifications for it.
God, however, does not have to follow these standards. The standards are a way for humans to understand the world around them, and God doesn't have to do all that.

Psychologists and psychiatrists aren't in the habit of classifying people as 'mad' or 'idiots'. Indeed, they make every attempt to help people who are ill to improve their state of mind. If you read that book too much you'll be dreamin' demons.

No i dont think its bad, because God made humans, and he commands them to love one another. To love one another, you have to try and help them when they feel bad. Also God could be speaking through the people judging. It would be more of a sin to leave them to suffer alone, think of how many people would commit suicide if there was nobody to help them!

It is not God's business to classify people. He shines and rains evenly on all. Only the response of the people differ, according to their nature and expectations.
