yes it does, you have to scrape the filling out of the oreos first though.

I'd skip the Oreo cookies, dude. If you must have something to chew on, make it beef jerky so you get some protein. Wouldn't want to have a nutritionally unbalanced diet would you?

Yes, there is. And it does work, in one sense. It doesn't help you get thinner, but once you're on it, you don't care!

What is this diet supposed to do? If the purpose is to make you sick, drunk, undernourished and otherwise feeling and looking like crap, I'd say it works. Use common sense...Oreos? Liquor? C'mon!
