If I were to answer this question, I would have to say that it was about raising more money than Ron Paul. Romney claims that in one day Ron Paul only raised 3.1 million. Ron Paul counts pledges as well as hard cash, and claims more.
HOWEVER, show me any politician who does not stretch the truth a bit, and I'll show you a politician who is going to lose. I wish this was not so, but alas and alack it is the truth. They will all say what they feel will get them elected. Hopefully they will follow through with their verbage, but oftentimes they do not.
My real and only concern is that I wan to be fighting terrorist over there, and not over here. How we get to that point is impossible for anyone to for tell, (except my fortune teller of course).
I hope this helps.

I support Dr. Paul, but I didn't hear his campaign say that. I know Huckabee said Romney was running a dishonest campaign.

Like Paul said on Meet the Press, he doesn't like to call out his opponents by name.

I think that Romney is running an honest campaign. The problem is that the candidates running against him don't want their record exposed.
Huckabee has done a 180 on immigration, taxes, etc. in just a few months. He went from fighting a bill in AR to require id for people to vote and receive state $, supporting amnesty and rewarding illegals and their children with instate tuition and state $ for their tuition, even saying that to do less was racist to now being against illegal immigration. Does that mean he now considers himself to be racist??
I live in ARkansas and was betrayed by huckabee who ran as a conservative but ruled as a liberal. He raised taxes, and was soft of criminals by pardoning over 1000 convicts which included 12 MURDERERS. I hope that people actually look at his record instead of listening to his slick talk.
He comes across as very sincere as he spouts his lies. Sometimes I even start to get sucked into supporting him when he talks and then I remember what he actually DID and stood for.
Have you noticed that when he is asked a hard question or one he doesn't want to answer, he answers with a joke. Then the interviewer goes on without ever getting a straight answer.
Edit................
What do you think Mitt got wrong in the ad?

I'm guessing that Ron Paul has a specific beef with how Mitt is characterizing his (Ron's) canidacy.
However, if you look at pretty much ANY political topic, one can see where Mitt used to be, when running for office in (largely) liberal Massachussets, and where he is now, that the much, much more conservative Republican primary process is under way. Watch him shift gears yet again when if he wins and then has to win over undecided, independent and moderate voters. Look at his claims about his father "marching" with MLK, Jr, or being a "lifelong" hunter.
The man is a much a liar as any politician has ever been.

Mostly in hopes that voters will forget that Ron Paul paid two former Arkansas Legislators $5k each to come to Iowa and rag on Huckabee's record in radio interviews

Not sure of what Ron Paul was referring to in particular.
But when you are known as the most honest man in congress, even by those you are running against, everyone must seem a bit dishonest (Romney in particular). ;-)
"You’re working for the most honest man in Congress."
- John McCain (speaking of Ron Paul) to Kent Snyder (Paul's campaign manager)

Seriously, Romney is the most honest candidate that we have running. Your fooling yourself if you think he is anything else. It is about time we put a man in the oval office who:
-has only been married once
-has kids that don't have criminal records
-listens to the people
-works with both parties
-believes in a higher power
He gets my vote!

i had a school project of writing a daily campaign journal as Mitt Romney. From following his every move daily, i feel that his campaign is based on money and advertising. He decided to be the republican conservative, and threw away his support of gays, abortion, etc. when he was governor, he was quite liberal in terms of social issues. now, he has changed out of the blue. I wouldn't say he's dishonest as much as he is inconsistent. However, it is quite unsurprising that many see him as dishonest because his campaign was based on advertising, and pandering to Iowa and NH. Theres no use beating a dead horse, because he already lost Iowa to Huckabee, and Giuliani is now trying to take away NH. he's lost a HELL of a lot of money. poor guy. But to answer your question, many see him as dishonest because he has drastically and suddenly changed his views on many social issues, and runs his campaign on his business background and his money and advertising. He is a little dishonest. Ron Paul thinks everyone is dishonest though. what a guy.

They probably are being dishonest. I usually support republicans, but in this case, I'm finding Obama to be the best candidate hands down.
