Wow. Look at all the respondents who don't give a flying **** about Iraqi women and children. Surprised? I guess spreading freedom and democracy requires a little (or allot of?) cold blooded murder. Personally, I take my share of responsibility for letting Bush steal the 2000 election. I didn't vote for him, but he was in the White House before I could say "What the ****.". I just do what I can (which in my position isn't much) to elevate the conversation, see the bigger picture, encourage consensus and cooperation, and present alternatives to "us vs. them" thinking. Beyond that, I'm not sure what I can do, but I'm open to suggestion.

I'm sensitive to your emotions and if I can find a place to donate some blood locally I will do it. I thought about before I read your question. Don't become a matyr. Your life alive working toward the cause of peace and betterment is where you should head, in my opinion. What good are you dead or becoming a terrorist? None.

The only thing I regret about it... is that we didnt send you over there.... strapped to one of the first bombs we dropped on all of those "innocent" Iraqis.
Why dont you ask the same ridiculous question to all the terrorists who are really behind the deaths of these people?
OH... I FORGOT... they could really care less what you think!
Funny... because on that note... me and the terrorists finally agree on something!

You definately like to use guilt in your posts. As I said before my ex-wife was much better at it than you are.

I know that our soldiers are doing the best they can to keep the insurgents from killing any more innocent Iraqi women and children.
Unfortunately, those pesky insurgents have no problem strapping bombs to themselves or to children and seem to enjoy planting IEDs.

Good grief, you can always spend the rest of your life wringing your hands and self-flagellating. Of course, when Iraq ceases to be an issue, I'm sure you'll just find something else to fret over.

Participate in anti-war protests so that the government will stop interfering in the affairs of other countries just like Iraq.

Simply by understanding that, absent the American invasion, things would be very much worse.
