My two guesses were deism and atheism. We all know what atheism is but deism is a belief that God created the world and left everyone (and everything) on their own.

Philosophy and freethought also flourished during this time period. Writer Denis Diderot, an atheist, liked the idea of containing a collection of knowledge of the world. This became what we know today as the encyclopedia (from a couple of Greek words that mean "cycle of knowledge").

Liberty in society was the main theme in the movement. Free speech, trade, woman rights, 3 branches in government(judicial, legislative, executive), human rights, and many others. Here are some notable people in the movement: John Locke, Charles de Secondat-baron de Montesquieu, Jean-Jacques Rousseau, Mary Wollstonecraft, Adam Smith, and many others One of them actually supported absolute monarchy(he was the only one i think), he was Thomas Hobbes.
