I watched as the delivery guy left an InfoNotice on the door WITHOUT bothering to ring the doorbell! And then he drove away, not making any attempt to see if I was home!
(I was home, but wasn't decent so I wouldn't have answered the door anyway. My problem is with the fact that this person didn't knock or ring or ANYTHING.)

I had this problem once. I was home at time of delivery. But never heard the buzzer this is because he never rang it. I live in a apartment building and can hear the buzzer from any room. Also I had to call to see hwat was going on with the package becauswe they never left a slip. The person I spoke to said that the noted in the computer they attepted to deliver the package at 9:34 A.M. which is funny becasue at that time I was online tracking my package. I swear some of these drivers are lazy and just don't feel like doing there jobs.

Wow, no I have never had that happen. I don't believe that they are trained to just make no attempt at being heard.

You should call the 1-800 number as the other answerer suggested. You don't have to tell them that you weren't intending to go to the door, just tell them that the delivery person made no attempt to knock or ring the doorbell.

I hope that you get this straightened out, and have a Happy New Year.

That;s not right! You can call UPS and let them know what happened at 1-800-PICK-UPS (742-5877)
Good Luck!
