This isn't some kind of political statement, but a genuine question. I'm currently studying economics and I'd like to know if there's any underlying economic reason for the rich to get tax cuts, such as the recent Bush tax cuts. I mean, it makes sense to me that the rich should be taxed more, and the poor taxed less, but I'm sure it's more complicated than that.

Sorry to post so many questions not pertaining to photography, but someone must really hate me. You see, I posted on a question titled, "Can a photo technically be called a work of art?" I posted "Are you serious? Really, are you...?" And now, my answer is gone. Am I freaking out, or is someone out to get me? With this, and the fact that someone reported my snow question, I think someone really wants to get on my nerves.

I'm addicted to Coca-Cola lol and even when I go out drinking I have to have a coke.

I was just wondering if anyone here is a polytheist?

I am an atheist, but I find Hellenic polytheism really fascinating and was wondering if their are any polytheists on this board?

If you are, what type of polytheist are you? Hellenic, Wicca, Ásatrú?

And before people start saying I am mocking them, I'm not. I am truely fascinated by all religions (I even go to a Catholic school), I just haven't found one I believe in.

And another question - does ayone here believe that Christianity is polytheistic as they worship the holy trinity (i.e., God - in 3 seperate forms)?

There's this guy I really like. I havn't really talked to him we just smile when we walk by eachother. The problem is he's 6'2 and strong looking and I'm 4'11 and only 90 pounds. We sort of look like father and daughter. Our parents talk sometimes when they see eachother and we just stand there while they talk.
My mom thinks she's matchmaker.com and tells me all the time that we look good together but she doesn't know I like him.

ok so i have my driving test tommrow and it'll be my 3rd time taking it, I can do everything on the test, but my problem is the examiners ALWAYS intimidate me, somehow i always get stuck with some angry woman or some big intimidating guy. any tips on how to calm my self down during the test?
