he was born with it and has has nastatin the drops and daktarin gel to try and get rid but they have not worked now its seems to be worsening and he wont drink.

Theres this guy that smokes.. he doesnt like that he smokes and really wants to quit..

He asked me for help and i offered to help him... he needs support so, because no1-where he lives- suppot him, he asked me to help him out..

i said ok..

I have given him a list of websites that can help him but i really dont think thats enough..

i want to help him by giving him something personal like my advice or something that can help him stay concentrated on quitting..

I talk 2 him on myspace so i was hoping like a comment thingy or maybe anything that can b posted on myspce...

please think and think hard, he reallllllllllllly wants to quit and im trying to help... i just have no idea how...

Ive done stuff but i wanna do more..

My friend and I have been best friends for over 17 years. At Christmas and Birthdays we exchange gifts. Every year, I put a lot of thought into these gifts. I don't spend a fortune, usually around $20 for each her and her husband. I can't say that she does the same. Last year for my birthday, we went out to brunch with a $100 gift certificate that I received, and I had to pick up the rest of the tab... (Appx. $75)This year, as we exchanged gifts a few nights before Christmas, I opened her gift to me to find a $3 candle. She gave my husband a $2.97 bottle of cheap wine... This friend is a professional and b/w her and her husband, they bring in well over $100k per year. My husband is retired from the military, and I make a fraction of what she does... I know that it's the thought that counts, but this doesn't show me that she thinks very much of our friendship. What should I do? I'm tired of being taken advantage of!

4 years ago I weighed 155 lb. and wore size 13 paints, so I started a low calorie diet and joined a gym for exercise. I would only eat 1200 calories/day and I would do 5 min of cardio to warm up and followed with 30 min of weight light weight lifting then returned to cardio for 20 min. at that time, I lost 35 lbs. in 4 mos, but due to school, work, and money I had to quit going to the gym, but i kept up with the diet and got as low as 110 lbs. But even at 110 lb. I was in a size 5 in paints, but my legs (my problem area) still looked chunky(cellulite). was it because i didn't keep up with the exercise just diet. since then i have gotten fat and lazy. Im at 135 lbs. and into a size 9 paints, so last week I rejoined the gym and back on the low cal diet and I know I can loose weight that way cuz i have done it before, but this time I want to tighten up and not be so jiggly!! Now i do 10 min cardio and 40 min weight lifting. whats the best way to loose weight/tone w/o getting big muscles?

I have $4000 in my Fidelity Roth IRA right now all invested in FFFHX (Fidelity Freedom Fund 2050). I am 22 years old. I am aware that I'm getting fees charged twice since the Freedom Funds are invested into other funds. I was wondering what other mutual funds I can invest in for growth.

Do you think the Freedom Fund 2050 is a little bit on the conservative side for someone my age?

I'm thinking about buying a scanner and was wondering what size pictures I would be able to get from it. And would I get different results from scanning negatives and pictures?

Were thinking of getting a couple tadpoles for our 20 gallon tank. We have alot of pebbles from petco that we used for a small land area that slants so the tadpoles can stand on once they develope legs and their gills disapear. There are also a couple larger rocks in the water portion of the tank for hiding and sitting on.

But I was wondering what kind of plants would go well with tadpoles. We were thinking of getting some live plants that the tadpoles could eat off when we go on vacation. And also to hide in. (We do have a small log that is about 4 in high and 3 in long, hollow too, that slants upward from the water to the land).

One last question.
When do we start feeding them live food?

My best friend and I have people that live under us. On 2 or 3 seperate occasions I can hear the bass on their surround sound. It happens very late like 12 or 1 during the work week. I have to rise early usually around 5:15 or 5:30 M-F and I felt the noise was disrespectful. My room mate filed a complaint with the leasing office. Well today, there was a compliant on our door stating that we are too loud and walk heavy and vaccuming at 2am!!! I know that's a lie b/c I am usually in the bed by then but defineltly not vaccuming at that time...

In my opinion, they are mad and being spiteful b/c we complained against them! Also, I forgot to mention that the downstairs people smoke and I can smell it im our apt.

Any suggestions???

I hate the fact men are going for stick women nowadays

I mean, I wear size 12 top, sometimes bigger or my 36D chest gets crushed because they dont design clothes for women who have larger than a C cup breast basically.

I'm not fat, I know that.

But I have curves, My waist is smaller than any of my friends that wear smaller sizes than me but I'm hourglass shape basically.

Seeing all these size 0 models on t.v almost makes me sick

How can you guys like that?

Its like looking at a brick the women are the same size all over.
