What is the safest and best way to do a system update for the ps3?
i don't want my ps3 to get bricked.. cause, my psp got bricked.. so i would'nt want it to happen again..

The best and safest way to to a system update for the PS3 is to just go to the us.playstation.com website and save the update to a Flash Drive and put the Flash Drive into the PS3 and update it that way. That's the way that I always update my PS3.

I also recommend that you use a Wired Connection if you are doing a PS3 update because the Wireless Connection could get interuptted.
