"LIFE IN THE MIDDLE AGES"


When did the day
of my youth fade away
with its hearty young snap and its zing?

In a flash, it all went
now, my body is spent
and I can't seem to manage a thing!

Just a short time ago,
like the "star" of the show,
I could haul my own weight on a jog,

but as quick as a wink,
I now grimace to think
that I have all the zip of a log!

Perception of time
can be oddly sublime
when it comes to the process of "age",

and when looking behind,
the majority find
that those "twinges" were just the first stage!

I will fill up my jigger
when afternoon rigor
sets in for the rest of the day,

and I'll drink to the pain
from the earlier strain
that came on in a fleeting foray.

As I noticed around,
I found something profound
That presented an ironic riddle:

When we enter the stage
of that oncoming age,
why does it appear on "OUR" middle?

As I read about the planned 2020 return to the moon, no one ever suggests creating our habitat underground. This seems to be a logical option: we'd get shielding from radiation, we'd need less building material, there's less risk of decompression (you can't poke a hole in 50 ft. of lunar rock), and we'd be closer to the core where we can tap into geothermal energy. Fellow geeks: what am I missing? Why isn't this a good option?

I guess the holidays are a rough time for many people. I have an interesting situation. I have been estranged from my mother for over ten years now. She disowned me for being gay and wanted nothing to do with me after that. Let alone she is a huge religious fanatic(catholic) but had numerous affairs while married to my father including the priest that married them. She is now remarried and has a whole new family that she adores. Fortunately, I live far away from her but nevertheless it is still difficult. I cease to exsist in her world. My father left our family when my brother and I were teenagers and I have no contact with him either. Most of my family doesn't speak to me and I am without a partner at the current moment. My brother is married with children and on the other side of the country and our contact is sparingly limited as time as progressed. All of my friends are with their families and I am alone. I have HIV and want to die. Will this sadness last forever?

I had a dream about a white dolphin that I had spotted in my dream, then a week later I have a dream of a regular dolphin, that wanted to take me with him to the ocean..

The white dolphin that I spotted was far and came very close to me, then as I told a friend , the white dolphin quickly left..

And the other dolphin from another dream, was very friendly and wanted to take me to his world under the water, but I couldn't.

On both dreams the water was rough,
If anyone can answer this I would love to find out what dolphins.. especially a WHITE one means!!

Why did satan/lucifer challenged/waged war against God if God is so powerful?

Was lucifer not thinking about the powers of God? Lucifer should know that God is powerful and almighty and that none of his creations can defeat him because God knows them and God created them and God knows what will happen next.

So did lucifer challenged god without thinking that god was powerful? What was he doing before he challenged god? What was going on inside lucifer's mind?

Just to shut that shmuck Philip Rivers up. The guy has accomplished ZERO and to watch him run his mouth like that... haha, whatever. I dreamed that i was a little kid in Elementary School and we were on a field trip. We were getting on the bus to go back to school when I realized that I had to pee.
