I have a cold but I really want to do some exercise. Will I just be straining myself or will the exercise help me out?

AND MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Hey Benny, hope you get better!
You shouldn't exercise though. It makes you feel even worse most of the time. Stay at home and rest. The sooner you're better, the sooner you can exercise!
